Following in his dad and Grandparent’s footsteps, Jason’s son, Jaxon Giarrizzo, obtained his Real Estate license in 2021 and began his real estate career while working towards his college degree. A 3rd generation Realtor, Jaxon will continue the Giarrizzo family legacy of selling Arizona real estate that began in 1968. Jaxon brings a warm personality, creativity, a great attitude, and hard work to the team. In his free time, he enjoys weightlifting, camping, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.

Jason Giarrizzo, GRI
Gilbert resident and a experienced Realtor with a deep understanding of the Arizona housing market. With a passion for connecting with people, he began his own real estate career in 1992 in the Phoenix Southeast Valley. In 2004, Jason expanded his business to include Payson and the surrounding areas, covering Valley 2 Rim. In 2012 he partnered with Payson resident and Realtor, Micah Utterback.
A unique team, they bring over forty years of real estate experience and market knowledge to their WestUSA clientele. Jason also works hand-in-hand with his wife, Chris, who has been a Mortgage Loan Officer since 2000. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and camping with his family and their dog, Diesel.Â

Micah Utterback
Specializing in helping clients build rental property portfolios. He is also passionate about helping clients in Arizona’s Rim Country find the houses that become their homes. Partnering with Jason Giarrizzo to cover Valley 2 Rim, Micah loves showcasing Payson and its beautiful country clubs: Chaparral Pines and The Rim.
With over forty years experience between the partners, Micah has additional background with his own real estate investments, including a hand in large commercial development and single family rental properties.
Micah loves living in Payson with his wife and five children. You can often find them biking, fly fishing, swimming or traveling in their RV together with their dog Bentley.
